Its back!!!

After a couple year absence, Scout-O-Rama is back with more fun than you know what to do with.  This event is being held on May 10th at Cantigny Park in Wheaton, IL from 9 am to 4 pm with activities for the whole family.  Some of the many activities planned include:  artillery demonstrations, tomahawk throw, climbing wall, archery, pinewood derby races, and more! 

Tickets for the event are $ 4 each (2 required per family) with 25 % of proceeds directly supporting our pack when purchased ahead of time from the pack.  Please contact Mr. Grecco soon to purchase your tickets.

We will be having our annual Spring family campfire on May 17th at Greene Valley Forest Preserve - site #1. This fun event for the entire family is a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.  Stay the night and enjoy the fun of camping or just come for the day and have fun.  Last year we all enjoyed the afternoon. The Scouts played frisbee and flashlight tag, and ran around on the trails a bit. Everyone enjoyed dinner and then for dessert, we had S'mores, toasted marshmallows and made cobblers in the dutch ovens. A number of families stayed the night and it was a beautiful night for camping.
